I got Engaged on mother's day 2011, have just set our date and booked our venue last week :clapper

Now where to start! :dizzy

Welcome welcome!! Congrats on setting your date! when are you getting married? If you go to tickerfactory.com and go through the steps to pick one it will give you a code that you the paste into you signature info in your profile settings. There is a sticky thread for it somewhere!

We are getting married sat 31t August 2013, in Wicklow. Really excited but seems so long away

Aw brilliant! where abouts in Wicklow are you going? Aw you wont see it coming all!! Im october 2013 so know the feeling though!!! Only booked the hotel and church and just want to get photographer and band and cant really do much till summer after that!! so itchy to get going!!!

Same as myself have hotel in Arklow its the bay and church in wicklow town its lovely just pricing photographers at the moment and trying to choose one, aslo looking for a photobooth I think there brill!! band sorted and bridesmaid dresses.. Cant really do much more for a little bit but it is really go go and im stressed already

Hi Orla,

Yes hope to Marry on that day, all been well.
How are your plans going, we just got engaged on Sunday last, so about 18mts to plan. Going to announce offical engagement to Family/Friends on Tues next.Wanted a few days to ourselves.
What colour schemes are you going for?, that all I have choosen so far (Ivory and Blue) and the Bridal party.Getting married in Co.Mayo, as where we both from. I didnt realise how much to organise, once you start!!
