Just engaged and want to get present for him

Hi Everyone

I am engaged 2 weeks now and loving all the excitement but I would really like to get my fiance an engagement present seeing as i got a ring, he already has a fab watch so there goes that idea. I was thinking of getting a professional engagement photo of the two of us done , does anyone know anywhere good for this, i would really prefer a formal photo of the two of us with the ring. Any other ideas appreciated

Congratulations and welcome to the site! :happywave Thats a lovely idea to get a photoshoot of both of you! You could use one of those photos on your invitations if you wanted before the wedding! I got my H2B an engraved iPod when we got engaged!

I'm not going to be much help because I got my H2B a watch with an engraving on it and a big soppy letter haha! But the photo session sounds like a great idea! I'm getting my photos for the Wedding done with www.brendamaguirephotography.ie so we're getting a free engagement shoot from her?? Might be worth giving it a look-see. I hope to use one of the engagement shots for the wedding invites :)

Hi Girls I found a fab photographer today who is going to do a shoot for us and put maybe 10- 12 images on cd delighted !!

we got engaged up near the Wineport Lodge, we took photos of the lovely scenery over the weekend. i surprised h2b with one of the pics on a big canvas. he loved it. got it done in harvey norman.

'twas only about €80/90 only depends on sizes. They did it in a day for me.
