I got engaged in November, we are getting married in April 2012, I am soooo excited and pretty organised (I think), have the church, the venue and the Band booked, I even have my dress (couldn't resist just knew I wanted it as soon as I tried it on) currently working on the church music, and transport, have to be honest never realised just how Expensive everything was/is.

It's almost 1 year until the Big day and I am honestly so excited, thought it would be nice to join and chat with other excited brides to be etc... It's such an exciting time that it's easy to forget that not everyone will perhaps be as excited as me at least here that sense of excitment is shared!

lol it's a small world, I've the priest too, I'm currently working on the music for the church, it's amazing how much it costs so far I've been quoted between €300 and €910 euro!

Oh and we've also completed our pre marriage course

Go you Course and all done I havnt even thought of that yet god so much to think about. Yes church music so expensive ive got few quotes ranging 300 - 700 so havnt decided on anything yet.

Ive tried on good few dresses so I know exactly what I like and want now just a matter of finding it emm not so easy. Thinking of maybe getting one made. Have decided on colour for bridesmaid too.

This time next year emm it will be only 3 days to go il prob be pulling my hair out CANT WAIT

Yes, I'm a very organized person, lol, I think it's because I can't relax until everything is sorted! Then I'll just sit back and enjoy it, and not have anything to worry about it!

I'm sure you'll find the right dress in time, but just in case you don't know; it can take up to 6 months to order in a dress, not including the time needed for alterations (at least that's what I've been told) so that will give you until August to figure it out, a good 4 months!

How many shops have you looked in?

Ya I was thinking that allright 4 month hopefully will be enough time anyway. Ive nly gone to 4 shops yet. I found loads with the kinda top I want on the dress but the bottoms I cant find exactly what Im looking for. Lots of time sure LOL
Wish I was that organised getting there like that I want to have things done too and not be in a panic coming nearer the time.
