Hi! Newbie there.Wedding in september and still confused what to do,where to go So far i have dress,shoes and veil and don't know what else we need for wedding

hiya hun im also getting married in september , firstly congrats and welcome. have you chosen the venue and church or civil ceremony? i have everything sorted but im also studying and very busy too, you need, venue, register with state(ring them and get date asap as there is a waiting list), bridesmaids, flowergirls, groomsmen, rings, cars, makeup, hair trials, photographer, music for venue ie dj or band, ..honeymoon etc..you have a busy 5 months ahead!!!

Hey! Im new to this too!! Engaged a month now and so far have date set (November2011) venue booked and priest and church organised. Im starting the dress shopping on Friday and am visiting a photographer at the weekend too..
I know there is so much to do so im just trying to do something every week for the next couple of months and hopefully the list will get shorter.
Oh yea H2B got appointment today for the registrar 18th May..

Was today in registrar office and was told that they ring me with appointment date.

really? was it open on st patricks day?? very strange they didnt give you an appointment? i wouldnt have left the place without a date

There wasn't open registrar offices but there was lady in reception who took my number and told that someone will ring me with appointment date. Maybe i should go after w/e again to registrar office and confirm that i need appointment?

Welcome Septemberbride11! Venue and (if you're having one) a church is the most pressing thing. Next would be music (band/dj/church music) and photographer.

hi welcome Septemberbride. Congrats and welcome to the site. 1st off id def get the venue sorted. Maybe ring them tomorrow and arrange a date with them. Then photographer and band is the next thing id book
