Yankee Newbie

Hello everyone! I am an American girl marrying my boyfriend of 5 years next July 2012! My fiance and I met a few years back when I was interning in Dublin. He worked in the same building and we met over lunch in the break room. We soon began dating, even though I was due to leave for London in a few weeks time for Study Abroad. When I left, we visited back and forth. We both realized that things were becoming serious when he came to visit me for New Years just a few weeks after I returned to the States!
We were dating long-distance for almost three years when he proposed to me during a weekend trip to London. I moved back to Ireland last August, and we have immensely enjoyed a regular dating routine since then! We are so very excited to become man and wife next July. My family is "Irish" from 2 generations back, we have always been very proud of our heritage and most of my family has traveled to Ireland to visit relatives who still reside here. This will be the first time we all come together for a wedding, so my family and I are very excited!
