If the times are showing up incorrectly on your forums once you have logged in, then follow these steps:

Click on "User Control Panel" up on the top pink bar,

Then click on Board Preferences tab, and make sure that "Summer Time/DST is in effect:" is set to No. (Set this to Yes if it is between April and October and Daylight Savings Time is in effect.)

Click on Submit.
