Well I started in the gym today!!
she started me on cardio, just on bike and treadmill and stretches, only 5 mins on each to start. She doesnt want me to overdo it ith my back problem
But I went for a 30min walk after it and felt great!!!!!
Going again in the morning, she only said I have to go twice a week for a while but must do 30 mins of physical activity a day!!!!!
h2b has his own "physical activity" in mind!!!
They gave you good advice and well done on the cardio work today and the walk. That'll all pay off!! Keep up the good work!
I haven't gone near the gym yet!!
Was swimming yesterday and going to hoover later. Had to cancel a walk today but have full intentions of starting a few classes in the gym next week and having a swim tomorrow!

I've been terrible lately cause the weather has been crap and i wasn't feeling great but after reading this yesterday morning i decided to walk instead of getting the dart and even got out a few stops earlier on bus and walked to work - it's only about twenty minutes but it's better than nothing And then if you add the little things like i work on the third floor so going up and down the stairs and even walking to the shop at lunch i guess it all adds up

Yeah i was like if mrs brideog can go for a run in the rain then i can go for a little walk even with the possibility it might rain
Pilates classes start on monday so giving that a go! Also hoovered .
