What to ask the priest...

Hi everyone
We're going to meet the priest to talk about paper work etc next week, so was wondering is there anything i should be asking...
So far i've thought of:
Do we need to do a pre marriage course, and if so, any particular one
When and how do we need to do register of intent, give notice of marriage etc
What do we need in terms of documents for him, e.g. id, birth certs. All my baptisimal stuff etc he'll have cos it's my parish church, but what h2b might need
What are the costs for the church, or is it a donation
Time of ceremoney
Music we've already sorted and ok-ed with him, and photos etc in church i know he's grand with cos he's very snap happy himself and is alwys taking photos of various events in the church and putting them on facebook!

Is there anything else i should be asking about??

what about flowers for the church? sometimes theyre included in the price. we're gettin married during lent so the church will already be dressed. and what about inviting him to the meal if you are going to do that?
