florida in june?

Hi Girls,

Hoping to book honeymoon in next two months and had it all planned out. Want a week in Orlando with week carribean cruise and then 3 nights in Vegas or New York. Have always wanted to go to Orlando as I love theme parks and its been a dream of mine to go to seaworld. However any sites Ive been looking at are saying youd be mad to go to Florida in June as theme parks are over run with kids and its really muggy. Kinda disappointed to be honest cos really wanna go. Any missies out there been there in June?

Hey iv been to Florida 4 times in June and 2 in aug it's always the same it's a place that it aimed for children!!! But let me tell ya the kid won't be long jumping out of u it will be hot well worth a trip we are going on our honeymoon their in June I can't wait

Oh my god - whatever you do don't listen to anyone. I have been to Orlando 3 times. Twice in June and once at Spring Break. It's Orlando so there will be kids there but we never had any hassle. It can get busy but the parks are designed for crowds so it didn't bother us at all. You should definitely go. We are going for our honeymoon - I LOVE it there.

Hi Virginia

We want something similar to your only it's the end of June 2013. Vegas and Caribbean cruise. I haven't spoken to any travel agents yet but a few websites have said June to Oct is hurricane season. I thought it was mainly august and sept so thought we would be fine. Wasthis mentioned to you at all. If the risk is low I think we would just go for it

Hi Deedee,
Ya we are doing 5 days in vegas 9 days in orlando and cruise. Apparantly its very lose risk of hurricane in Junr or July. V UNLIKELY. Also cruise is supposed to be best place to go as they can re route in the event of hurricane. Hope that helps
