Hi

We are getting married abroad next Januaray and we are looking for a venue in Dublin City center to have a party when we get home with family and friends that could not attend. Ideally we would like a private room for about 100 -150 people, finger food and a DJ. I''d like to wear my dress again so a hotel would be better - any recommendations??

Id say you might be able to book out a floor in a restaraunt.. maybe Alfies? I know you can reserve areas in Dandilion but there would be other people there... I know there is a private house on Stephens green sumwere but I cant remember what its called, Id say its pricey too... Hotel wise, there are loads.. Westin, Westbury, Trinity Arch, Gresham.... but Iv never been to a function like this in any of them.

Any hotel at all in city centre will hire the room to you and im sure most will supply finger food and you just hire a dj then. It just depends on what hotel you would like. I have not been to many functions in dublin city centre so cant really suggest anyone but if you search hotels and find one you like just ask them about hireing the function room.

Actually try the Conrad!!! amazing food.. great location... beautiful room.

Friends did exactly that and had the Atrium in the Westin. Lovely space for drinks and canapes. Think they had music. Was fab - really special.

how about the garda club on harrington street not a hotel but is a nice place
