flowers in Cork

Postby MrsMcGovern » Thu Dec 29, 2011 10:20 am

Hey everyone! Which flower suppliers are you all using in Cork? I've gotten quotes from two suppliers so far and was wondering if anyone has used either?
Here's what I asked for :
1) brides bouquet
2) bridesmaid bouquet x2
3) grooms buttonhole
4) rose buttonhole x8
5) Rose Corsages x6
6) Organza and ivy pew ends x10
7) Alter candle arangement
8) Bay trees x2

One stop wedding shop will do it for €600 and Cork weddings and balloons will do it for €399 if we book in first two weeks of Jan and will through in two 6 ft 5 arm candelabra for free.
I'm still waiting for a quote from Stalks and stems in Togher. Has anyone any experience? If it's bad then m me please? I'm thinking of Cork weddings and balloons- I've seen her flowers at a fashion show in silver springs and they were lovely.
Have you used someone else?

Hiya MrsMcG2B!! :bluewave :bluewave

I don't know much about The One Stop Wedding Shop, but I have seen Cork Weddings & Balloons work myself and I have to say Iris is fantastic. She is a dream to work with and her stuff is top class.
You will not be disappointed if you pick her hun!! :clapper :clapper

Hi,
I'm totally new to this, engaged 6 weeks and getting married in April 2013, looking for any kind of help at all, where to go and most importantly where to avoid for the cakes, dress, suits, flowers etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance girls
