To ALL SUPPLIERS VISITING WEDDING SHOW RDS

hello to all suppliers,

but i was wondering could we start a thread for suppliers who will be in attendance at the wedding show in the RDS and maybe tell us what discounts or special offers they'll have on the day(s) so us MRS2B can have a sneak preview

Did this show for a number of years and found that the expense involved for the two shows was just not worth it (up to €2.5k..) .. especially when you have three - six suppliers offering the same service

I took the view that in order to keep our fees low; overheads like large ad campaigns on wedding websites, Wedding Shows, Wedding mags etc were cut back..

there has been very little impact on our business by doing this..

Our core service (DJS) is already great value for money as we do not need to take commission from our entertainers to cover large overheads.

Don't get me wrong it's a great day out for any couple getting married so go along and enjoy the buzz

I'm heading up to this on the Saturday and was really looking forward to it but a bit apprehensive now as thought there would be some sort of list even on the Wedding and Honeymoon shows own website but there's not. I know Love Letters are going to be there as I got an email from them about it but don't know if there is anyone even who is worth my while going to see! I'm worried now that it will be a bit of a wasted trip

Has anyone heard of any other suppliers who are going?

havnt heard of any suppliers going but me and h2b are looking forward to the experience, see whats out there and sure if its crap at least we satisfied our curiousity..lol...

yeap me and h2b are going, i won pair of thickets from here, pls god they come tomorrow lol.

Mum is taken the 2 girls for us so looking forward to bit of time alone lol

I'm going anyway just for a look. I havent even looked at dresses or anything yet so I need inspiration for that. I am going with MIL2B so it should be a fun day (she loves shopping)

We went to a small wedding fair last week that was held in our venue and that was great fun
