A tip I was given before for when sitting at my desk is imagine that someone is pulling a thread from your bellybutton from your back. In other words suck your tummy in as far as you can and then let go and keep doing it as much as you can all day. It does help!

Slendertone!!!
They actually work, my friend used it after she had her twins and it was amazing!!!
Sit-up's, crunches, Everytime you think of it, suck your tummy in for as long as you can without holding your breath....

Cardio is great but try some light weight training, for the abdominal area,

Think were all in the same boat Sassy!!!

Bride0310 would love to get the fat removed form the tum and put into my boobs
Ah the joys of being a woman

Ive been doing sit ups and they are hard  when doing them right. But they dont seem to do be doing much for the bottom part of my tum, em maybe i should invest in a slendertone.

But they do say that you can do a million sit ups a night and it won't do anything for you. Its over all workouts that you need to concentrate on, cardio and weights etc and of course mixing it all up! It's the last place for it to come off but it does eventually. Plus your posture is something that also has to be taken into account!

Very true bride0310, im doing some cardio and weights aswell, mainly weights to tone the arms, i just do workouts i found on exersivetv.com they have a great selection of free workout videos, i tried doing the rock hard body workout the other day its 40 mins long done it for about 20mins and gave up  it was tough. Going to put DS2 in the buggy later and head out for a 40min walk with him and the dog and will do 20/30 mins of a workout when i get back.
