Accordion Mass Booklet Template????

Hi All, Happy Halloween!

Apologies if this has previously been requested but i cant seem to find a template for accordion/concertina style mass booklet... ie has 4folds instead of 3.

Anyone able to help?

Google was my first port of call but just cant seem to find anything, I was hoping some missies might have a template for it, else I ll start to tackle it myself. I have plenty of time but was hoping someone might of had the work already done
