Have a voucher for hotel in Nenagh that expirys end of Dec so we decided to make use of it for our pre marriage course & have a weekend away . Can anyone tell us which town is closer...Thurles or Tipp town if we stay in Nenagh? Also which is handier for parking etc? Dont know the areas at all!

That sounds lovely, it's great to get away for a few nights. I'm sorry but I dont know I don't know much about Nenagh itself. I had a look though and there is a website www.nenagh.ie and it might give you some info. Thurles is about a 40 min drive from Nenagh and Tipp town is about an hrs drive. Limerick city is about 30 mins as there is a new motorway open from Nenagh into Limerick.

im from nenagh, thurles is about 3o mins away.Wouldnt go near tipp town zero there, no offence please tipp town people.Fab shops in Nenagh , lovely cofee shops etc , youll enjoy it and the person who does the course there is excellent.Any info you need on anything let me know!

Thurles in nearer but the course there is awful, the one in tipp is ment to be better but its about an hour 4rm nenagh which is a bit far. I dnt think Limerick is too far away 4rm nenagh....

crap have just booked us into the Thurles one. limerick one is booked out aswell. oh well! H2B isnt looking forward to it either way hehe
Yea its Abbey Court were staying in..won 2 nights B&B for it and we need to use it up by end of year so worked out well!
