nk you so much this is all so healpful! I've been dreading the paperwork side of things! When you say license , where do i get this from?? Do all of te documents need to be translated into Polish before they are sent off to the Polish Bishop? Do you know anything about when they can be done - our problem is that we may be going to Australia for a year in January and won't be returned to Ireland until a few weeks before the wedding. Is it possible to have all the paperwork completed and sent to Poland before we leave for Australia? Sorry for all the questions, all the info on the internet is so confusing , it's great to actually be able to chat to someone about it! Are you getting married in Poand??

you do not need translate any documents or certificates because all will be in latin and catholic church in any country approves it.
All documents have to be not older than 6 months from your wedding date. You need to talk to your parish priest, maybe there are any exceptions.
