I was there over the summer, fab shop, fab dresses and such nice staff. Have to say it was my fav shop...... it was so weddingny(if that makes since)!!

Thanks girls! The shop is stunning! Nicest one I've been in. I was helped by a lovely girl called Danielle.
And ... I think I have found my dress. An Ian Stuart, I tried it on for the laugh cos it's so ornate but twas the first one i didn't want to take off! And i tried it on again at before I left.
Trying to find a stockist near Dublin now so i can try it on for my sister,
eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!

I paid 2 visits to this shop as i dont live a million miles away just to give it the benefit of the doubt.I know everyones experience is different and i totally appreciate it.As a result of the rudeness i ended up buying my dress ellsewhere totally at an inconvenience.
Firstl even the phone conversation was down right rude ringing back to confirm i wouldnt wear tan or make up!!!Come on now im 34!

On arrival and after returning from hols been totally tanned , i was scrutinised basically been told it was fake , i was aacompanied in to the dressing room, which i found totally undermining/

The selection of dresses there is very good to be honest , but after been disillusioned i decided to book a saturday about a month ago.O my god!!!!!!!!!!I was barely looked at , as were the other girls .We all paraded around past each other 1 whiter than the other!They refused to pin the dress on me , therefore any hope of a realistic sizing was totally non existant .
I could go on , but i think you know what i mean .Im only 1 person and i hope this doesnt merit a barrage of 'who do you think you are etc, its fab'.Its just my personalpinion .They lost a sale .Bought the same dress in Kilkenny 2 weeks later with such a personable asssistant.I have to add i have been to about 10 bridal shops but never evver witnessed such rudness , lack of interest etc as i did in Aibhéil.

Yeah summer- there was an older woman there that was manning the phone, returining cals etc. ( not the warmest of people) i could see where you could of had the experience you did. The girl that helped me is in college it was her part time job- sweetie! I purposely made a wed morning appointment. i couls only imagine the place on a sat!!! Also the tanning thing- i thought the same, i had it all gone weeks ( tough for a redhead! jealous of your real tan!) but i went dress shopping last week in other shops and the dresses were manky, Aibheil's were spotless.

hey there!i went over the summer too n i think i know the older lady yer on about id the opposite experience with her thb she was so nice n helpful im surprised she was rude to ye, although that being said i did hear a few not so positive comments about aibheal before i went and after too, glad u found ur dress though

Oh thanks have butterflies ever since!
Just wanted to say the lady wasn't rude to me at- very polite just very quiet and not very friendly. We all have off days I guess.

glad had a good experience there hun because i didnt if im honest. as soon as i walked in the older lady (the cold one with the fixation about falk tan) stood me in front of a who sectin and said "see all those dresses,dont look at them because you have left it so close to ur wedding to get organised yo cant have one of these", 2 of my bridesmaids nearly had to have their jaws lifted off the floor after dat. i wasnt disorganised, we just decided 2get married in less than 6months. felt my personal space was invaded-always in the dressing room wit me-stand her,bend here,suck in now,walk like this,tied ur hair up......i was actually drained after the experience. i saw a pretty nice dress there but really was reluctant to buy from them after dat and i didnt

totally agree with pudddy 2 shoes!!!draining is the word to describe thevisit .Like that she told me stay away from certain dresses that i was too scrawny!!!
Have heard some very negative stories about there in the past , but congrats to alll that got there dresses there as i said earlier they do in fairness have a good selection
