Hi Missies, I am in the midst of writing mine. I started it a month ago and might only write a line a week or something. But as I think of somebody to thank or pay tribute to, I add it in.

I've been thanking all the usual suspects. I want to pay a small tribute to my husband's parents who are deceased. I thought I would add it in after I paid a little tribute to my own. I only met H2b's mother once, as she was very elderly and then died. I never met his father. So not really sure how to phrase it. Writers block!!!!

How about something like ...

.... I know that H2B's parents aren't with us today to share our joy, but I can't let the day pass without expressing my sincerest gratitude to them because without them H2B wouldn't exist and I wouldn't have him as the most precious gift in the world ....

It's probably a bit cheesy, but might help shift your writer's block.
