I have a friend (well more frenemy) like that - nabs a fella and before he knows where he is, she is showering him with hugely expensive gifts, wanting to meet his family, hinting to move in and when it all goes pearshapped which it always does, she never know where it all went wrong and is crazy devastated. I feel sorry the guys - the poor b******d has to run for his life away from her cause she is like a freight train - she has a destination and they are just dragged along.

I wonder is it the same person?

The saddest part of this is there's a child involved, who's witnessed a revolving door of men for the past few years of her life.

Not the same person - my pal doesn't have a child thank goodness - some people don't realise the dreadful things they are doing to their kids, it makes me sad :(
By the way, just hang in there if she is as bad I as I think she is, he'll be gone before the wedding. If she does ring just tell you're sorry she can't come to the wedding and if wants to give you a piece of her mind tell her she doesn't have it to spare and to keep it ;)

I know for a fact he will be gone by Christmas and it will be somebody new. Somebody who is already on the back burner.
