Hi All
Hoping you will have some good suggestions for me on this ..... Me and hubbie want to do something lively and different for our first dance that will include all of the wedding guests as well if possible Ive have some suggestions like the Maccarena, Chicken Dance and the usuals but was looking for something that would suit the older and young crowd too. Would really appreciate any suggestions at all.

sounds like a class idea! I'd love to do that but we've already prepared our first dance....I'm hoping everyone will join in during the dance! Hate the idea of dancing for 3 or 4 minutes with everyone watching me!

Ya hoping il get a few suggestions on this because anytime I google wedding group dances all I get is dance routines by the bridal party and would prefer to include guests to make it more enjoyable for them and us!! We wouldnt mind doing the traditional thing but when were only going to be doing this one we d like to make it memoriable. What did ye decide on if u dont mind me asking MrsF2Be???

hmm not traditional for first dance but "shoe the donkey" gets everyone to join in. They could use the bride and groom to demo the dance first, then have everone come out on floor to do it. Its a traditional music polka sounding sound if you dont know it with a few basic steps and turns, its good fun. someone on here had a post about their singing chef and how he had the whole place do a conga line! its a geat idea but difficult to see what dance would work
