hi missies,
think ive decided on the flowers i want for my wedding, but not sure if they will look good together as in the ones i want for my bouquet and the ones i want to get for my MOH and BM.

im looking to get the gran prix rose for my bouquet (in keeping with our red and yellow ferrari theme) and yellow lillies for the 2 girls. i'm not sure if both sets of flowers will look good together for the pics.

is anyone else doing flowers that are totally different from each other??

Hi Mollybid, grand prix are more of a burgandy colour than red, but a beautiful rose none the less. If you are going for a rose bouquet, then, I wold suggest that you also go for a round flower for the bridesmaids. If you're looking for vibrant yellow, gerbera would be a good option, and easier to match for the buttonholes too. giselle, thanks a million for that. i was thinking they wouldn't look right together. ill go and have another think then. if i can't do the gran prix rose ill think of another red flower to have for my bouquet. i didn't really want to go down the rose route for the bouquets as trying to stick to a somewhat tight budget.

Mollybird, gerbera are the way to go then, or even, carnations if you're on a really tight budget, they look very well all in one colour, en masse, they almost look like a large hydrangea. HTH.
