Looking for some feedback on this band..considering them for our wedding next year. Have only heard them play in pub but our wedding will be pretty young so I think they would go down very well though there's a few who will be expecting the jivey type music aswell...do these guys do this anyone know?

Hey Princess B2B, We have amazing apples booked for our wedding in March. Our Close friends had them at their wedding last year and they were brilliant had the floor full ALL night! Like you we had only seen them in pubs before aswell as we went with our friends to hear them when they were thinking of having them at their wedding but when we heard them then there was no question they were the band for them (and now us!!!...we took easy option).H2B is from Westport and we have seen them there in pubs a few times and they are so popular. For the wedding the played a range of music which seemed to suit all even the oldies who normally only do jive...etc they were on the floor all night so were we "young ones" we had no doubt we wanted them for our wedding. Nice guys to deal with. They are doing DJ at our wedding aswell. If you can wait till March to hear them at a wedding your more than welcome to gatecrash our evening!!! Hope this helps xxx

hi pollyg, thanks so much for this info. we just found out their playing at wedding near us so we can go see them soon! happy days! I really love them from the moment I played them on youtube, I just love the fiddle and they put their own stamp on the songs..like Amy Winehouses Valerie using a fiddle..its brilliant!! but im just afraid about catering for the older ones aswell...theres a few right critics in my family!! plus im getting fed up or getting dressed up and gatecrashing weddings! cant wait to just have a band booked now! hehe

omg i love the Amazing Apples they are deadly! seen them play about 20 odd times i wanted them but they quoted me €1500 i couldnt afford them lol but if you can id say go for it they do a brilliant mumford and sons set and also a special mix of sean kingston beautiful girl - love them!!!!
