Well I finally organised the hen. We're heading to Cork for a night in march.

I'm really looking forward to it now. There seems to be something that I have to do every weekend after xmas so looking forward to leaving my hair down that night.

I can't believe how fast the weeks are going!

Cork is great for a night out. We got the bus, hotel, cocktails before dinner, dinner with a glass of wine and a cocktail making class for €115 each. I thought it was a pretty good price for everything.

Things are starting to feel a bit surreal, our invites arrived during the week. The Hen is organised and we have our menu tasting at the end of the month too. I'm just so excited
