Hi Missies,

Hope we are having fun planning. I haven't been on in ages been sick since Sept and on meds that have my hormones all over the place. lol!!! Anyways enough moaning just seen my ticker today OMG I could really use all your help I had an operation so haven't been able to exercise and the tablets I'm on can make you gain weight!!!! I cannot stop eating everyone is saying it's nerves but I don't know what to do to stop I have all the main things done booked but I'm panicking I'm forgetting things

Any help would be greatly appreciated missies

My wedding is 10 days after yours! I too am panicking needlessly. It's only because I am so organised, I keep worrying I am too organised and will have forgotten something really obvious!

Write things down as you think of them!

My mission for this week is to get our evening invites out, finish printing mass booklets and get grooms shoes.

I Get a little note book & as you think if things write them down! It's brings a relief to the shit I'm gonna forget that & you have the satisfaction of ticking things off

All beauty and hair appointments made
Mass booklets drafted - start printing!!!
Flowers ordered
Dress ready to rock
All little gifts bought for bridal party
Rehersal for church
Talked to Band & DJ & any other suppliers just to confirm things
Grooms suits all sorted
Ordered currency for your honeymoon
Told Credit Card company you are going away just in case you have hassle using your card abroad

Can't think of anything else at the mo !!

I'm not much help to you as my wedding is so far away but just take some deep breaths, try to stay calm and get those bridesmaids in to help make sure everything is organised!!!

You need to spend the next 29 days soaking up every minute of it and enjoying it!!!

I think the others have sorted the organisational stuff above so I'll just say about the weight - you've obviously had a tough time the last few months and give yourself a break. If you are eating out of stress it can be hard to stop so maybe try and have a few things around that won't be so bad for you like some fruit or when I'm stressed I really like ice cream so I freeze low fat yougurt so its same creamy-ness but less calories - this is not going make you lose the weight in 29 days but you might feel that at least you are doing something.

thanks for getting back to me Just invested in a note book and done out a list of things i have left to do so need to get on them.... I am just soo nervous maybe thats why i cant stop eating everything lol!!!!!!!!! My job today is to pick songs for the ceremony? Would anyone recommend any web sites for this our priest is mad he said we can play anything we like but its sooooooooo hard So glad I am not the only one on the last few weeks countdown

Maybe keep eating if you must, but just eat fruit! Oh and drink loads of water because that makes you feel full.
