It's just a ball of oasis you can buy in a florist but a stick through it and place it a flowerpot of cement. Cover d ball with sum light material like organza and put d lollipop in

might try do them ourselves, but if you need ideas, i found this site when i was searching, love the christmas ones, going toh have funt his christmas practicing - umpa lumpa in january

I think Ferraro one the same just use tooth picks to stick them to the oasis ball. Im gonna tray make Ferro ones too
