Have you paid him yet? I'd go to the office and see if its still open - if it is send a registered letter asking for your proofs cause then you'll have proof that you have requested fulfilment of the contract, if its closed then you need to chase him through the small claims courts. I find it weird that he is editing them - should you not see the proofs first, then he should edit them and send them out to you? Best of luck.

Be careful about Hubbie checking his mobile activity - he could get in trouble in work for that and his job is more important than the photo's - I have a pal who is a freelancer if you want pm me the details of your photographer and I could ask him if he knows of your photographer.

I think you should name and shame,. I mean even if there was a unfortunate death you would still respond to a text, knowing full well that your customers are going to be worried after paying all that money

hi lalalots, just wondering have you heard anything since? i actualy had this photogrpaher booked and just one day had a really bad feeling, sounds stupid but my gut was telling me to cancel ,so i did, i just feel relieved and i really don know why!
