The Dress has arrived

I just had to share the sheer buzz and excitement that is rattling around our house this evening!

As the title suggests Bluefish Belle's dress has arrived! She is beyond delighted...over the moon in fact..and exactly the way she pictured it she has said. Some may remember I posted before looking for advice and voicing my concerns on ordering Online (specifically Lightinthebox) but judging by my B2B's reaction all those worries and concerns have been put to bed. I'm no dress expert but she is more than delighted with the quality of both the Dress and Coat, the fabrics and finishing details are way more than she expected and one of her fears was that it wouldn't be sparkly enough - well no fear there it shines and sparkles in all the right places she says through a beaming smile, all individually sown on too! Aside from the Glitter and wow of the dress, that is her department, I have to say I am very impressed with the service, quality and speed, we only ordered it on the 14th of November so i didn't expect it to arrive till well after Xmas! - just the coat in itself oozes with elegant luxury and a high quality feel - I was allowed touch that piece hahaha - Dress and Coat are now securely stowed away and shall remain so until fitting time - I've been told! If any of you have tips or advice on storage do tell and Keep an eye on my new blog as I'l be sure to do a write up of the dress experience in a future post!

Wow, bluefish....I can't believe that it arrived so soon. Great news. So happy that your mrs2be is delighted. Great relief I'm sure for both of you that it arrived and was better than could possibly have been expected. I'm sure it will be a great reassurance to all the Missies(and h2b's) that you had such a great service and may ease their mind about whether or not to order online.

I didnt see your previous post about this. Did she get it off LITB? I got my BM's dress off them and it is fab, perfect on her and excellent quality. Not to mention the great price and delivery in less than two weeks! Couldnt believe it!

Hey RoctheFroc yes she got it off LITB - like you she was very impressed with the quality and detail and I couldn't get over how fast we got it! Less than 4 weeks and like that extremely great value literally a third of the price as seen in a bridal boutique she also got a full length faux fur lined bridal coat again not knowing anything as such about dresses and coats but the quality of the fabric in the coat is second to none and the detail excellent so all in all she over the moon and would recommend LITB to anyone we got great product with great service and were exact to the measurement she had sent on so fits perfectly - it's now been locked away til closer to the date for fittings and alterations (she wanted to just add straps)
