:bluewave Hey just wondering about veil. I'm def gonna get 1 but dunno how to wear it. thinkin about doin the trad thing and havin it down in front comin up de isle.....anyone doin this or c it done anytime lately? been to a few wedding last yr an wasnt done but that's kinda why i do wanna do it-somethin different.........

heh mags. i'm def doing it:) me and my dad are seriously close and i'm his only daughter. my day will have alot of old traditions. i'm also having a father daughter dance. can't wait. hehehe

I am also going to have the veil over my face :) Was never a big fan of it until i tried one on i was crying like a baby!!! Love the old traditions as i am an only daughter 2 :D

I'm not having a traditional veil, I'm having a birdcage but definitely will be having it over some of my face on the way up the church

I was thinking of doing that with the veil but the girl in the bridal shop said, make sure you have someone to help you straighten the veil when it's pulled back cos sometimes the dads just throw it back and it's left that way for the video/photos! Just a bit of advice I thought I'd pass on!

I've bought my own dress and bridesmaids in same place so really hope they'll do a deal on the veil....if not will def be checkin them out online... :smileybride

Hey Mags, I had a cathedral length two tier veil for our wedding and wore the veil down over my face. I had always wanted that so it was never a question for me I loved it. I can email you on some pics of it, if it will help. PM me if you want them.
