Hi Ladies

We're not too sure will we get a wedding video or not as it was one of the things we felt we wouldn't get if we needed to cut costs. Just wondering could anyone reccommend any cheap videographers around the Cork/Munster area?

Hi blushingbride1980, we're in the same situation at the moment. Always said I didn't want a video but everyone is telling me that I'll regret it. Most of the quotes that I have got so far are around €1,000!

I am in the same boat.

I am even punishing myself by looking at samples of wedding videos and oohing and aaahing over them.They are just too expensive, well for our budget anyway. My h2b ordered a chocolate fountain for me instead as a compromise to not getting a videographer.

Instead all our families are rooting around for their video cameras to take with them. It won't be the same, but it'll be something anyway

It's shockingly expensive - all the places I have checked are around the E1000 mark too. I don't think I want one that much but like u said excited2011bride everyone is saying we'll regret it if we don't get one. I'll let ye know if I get any good quotes

Shane Costello Fixation films 600e, offer oen til the end of March I think.Have watched his sample and seems fine, have watched much more expensive ones that I honestly thought were horrific!

Pronoviasmegan - That's really good. I would be willing to pay that. Where is he based? I can't seem to find a website for him. Would you have any contact details for him?

Hi - we booked Shane Costello too, again, his samples are fairly good quality and nice to deal with so far.
Again as pronovias said, Shanes running an offer at mo so if you were keen I'd be enquiring quickly as he did say he is getting a great response to the offer and will be increasing his price after March.

This is his no. It says on his website that he is based in Clare but the address to send deposit to is Limerick city. Like you I want a video but I just could not justify 1000e. Did alot of research before I found Shane and I am delighted with the package-brides house to 1st dane!

He is on facebook - Fixation films, his website is to be finalised in the next month { at least thats what was said to us.

Take a look at the link I posted to guage quality of his work, to be fair we weren't keen on paying €1k plus for video either so his deal ticked all our boxes.
