Wedding Blessing

Hi, we are already married but going to have a blessing in the hotel and wedding reception next year - has anyone been to a blessing - I dont really know what I want or if they have a structure so any tips would be appreciated!

Im not much use on the subject as the only blessings Ive seen were on UK dont tell the bride but how about contacting these guys?
