Thanks Girls for the feedback, I know what ye mean about seperating the teirs thats what has me in a bit of a delima!!! Meeting the baker tomorrow so hopefull he will be able to come up with a good solution

So met with the baker this morning and he said he could "pin it" if I wanted it stacked but would deff have to have fruit or biscuit as the base to support the weight of the 3 other teirs, so as a result i'll be going for all 4 teirs, fruit, choc fudge cake, bailey's maderia (yum yum) and carrot maderia (h2b insisted on this one!!!). I'm actually delighted now that I don't have to seperate it. Thanks again to all for the feedback, I knew there was a reason I joined here!!

Interesting, all stacked cakes must be 'pinned' as he calls it and that is what supports the tiers not the cake. But sure no matter, you are getting what you want.
