hi holly, im only new too (so addictive) only on it since last wknd and got great advice off the missies already on various things. thanks a million for that info on the photo/video booths. when is your big day?

Hi Ivorybride No prob we hav'nt a date booked yet but 2013 we are going to look at a few places next weekend and hopefully we will be sorted then! We have been at a few wedding fairs thats were we spotted the booth guys along with lots of other tempting things but we just knew we wanted the booth a friend had a photo booth at her wedding and it was brilliant fun all night it was just an added bonus we got video too with these guys! how far along with ur booking are you? have u much more to do ?

emmm.... i think so but others have said im doing well..
have the dress, church,venue, photographer, florist, band and dj....

thats great ! once i get the venue ill get a move on the rest but i feel like i have lots of time!

We are making them ourselves and it is costing us a grand total of €30!!! I bought 120 gold organza bags from ebay for less than 10 and then bought a load of while & milk chocolate coins in Aldi so we will put one white and one milk choc coin in each bag and leave it beside people's wine glasses. We are also providing champagne for the toast plus one disposable camera per table so that's enough for them!!!

To be honest I can't remember any wedding i was at with favours and I really don't think people expect any as they know how expensive the day is already!

I was going to do favours until in the last two weeks my dad had both a stroke and a heart attack(he is recovering well now) and i just thought i had one wish was for my family to be there so no favours and we are making a donation to the irish heart foundation. I had a lovey idea of seeds but not now.
