Hi Ladies, just woundering if any one has used any weight loss pills. i need a Kick Start as i seem to lose some and gain it the following week. can any one make any recommendations of ones to use!!!!

Please please please stay away from weight loss pills, they will feck up your system. There really is no quick fix except eat less and move more. If you want a little kick start go for a universal body wrap to lose water and some inches and then start eating healthy and go walking after that

i understand wat u mean, ive never used them before and thats why was asking for advice as i have heard alot of bad stories about the effects they have.

You've already lost 4lbs so you have a start - steer clear from diet pills they'll just mess your system up completely. If you need motivation try Weight Watchers or Unislim and Fiona is right on the money - walking is great and cheap! You could try aqua aerobics, great if you're unfit as you don't really feel like you're doing a heavy workout as the water keeps you cool but it really works - (but be prepared to be asked when you're due even if you aren't very heavy cause its the exercise of choice for pregnant women)

Believe me, I know how it is to want to loose weight! Oh, I do!

but stay away from those pills. you will loose weight, and as soon as you stop taking them, you will get it all back, and MORE!


I took them once, bad experience. same for every friend of mine that ever took them.

I'm another impatient lady and have tried them once or twice, short term. But I think they're all just advertising, companies with plenty of money! Nothing but hard work, eat less and move more will pay off.

Im doing simming world since january and have lost 2 stone, would love to lose another 2 by wedding in october.
