What a productive week!!

Postby mayb2b » Thu Oct 13, 2011 9:57 am

Hey all, delighted :D with myself today so just thought I'd brag a little!!
Have had a very productive week and we ticked so much off the list!!
Booked flowers(thanks to a very helpful Missie) :clapper :hug2
Recieved my invites from vistaprint UK yesterday - they are fab (tip: would definately recommend getting the linen finish :yeah )
Bought Best man and Grooms man gifts
Bought my BM's some fab jewellery!
Got my earrings!
H2B got his shoes
Applied for my passport so we can officially register for marriage.
CBM booked hen and got great feedback from every1 invited that it sounds like a great weekend!I was worried about this cos doing a murder mystery so was worried every1 would think it was weird but every1 EXCEPT FMIL thought it was a great idea - and hey there was always going to be 1 right :banghead
Oh yeah - and totally emptied the Wedding Fund Haha :yikes2

Feeling so good about it all as starting a new job next week with a long commute so its great to know ive feck all left to do except save!

Hows all the other May/June brides getting on?

:clapper :clapper :clapper Well done you and very productive indeed!! Here's us thinking we have loads of time to be doing things but brought back to reality with 6 months to go and looking at the things you have already ticked off your list we will have to get our ass in gear  Our whole attitude throughout this process has been laid back and just chilled (no need for stress) and have done things in bouts - as in all major things sorted last Feb and had another burst there the last couple of weeks, got pre-marriage course, registration and started to send out invites but looks like we mite be a bit too laid back

Me too Hailey!!! Was expecting you to say your wedding was in Jan or something mayb2b! I'm a June bride and hadn't even thought of doing that stuff at all yet. I'm either way behind or you're super organised (I hope it's the latter :) ) xx

Wow mayb2b!1 Thats osme week for one week!! Its great to get so many things off the list in one week!!

Im getting married next may as well and this week i concentrated on doing my mass booklet - you prob think im mad doing it so early but im in college doing a part-time degree as well as full-time work and my exams are 4 wks before the wedding so basically from january on I will be studying like mad!! :swot So i want to get as many of the smaller wedding jobs out of the way before xmas!! Oh and did i mention i have three yr old to look after!! :juggle Think im a glutton for punishment!!

Anyways my mass booklet is doin my head in.....i have literally printed it out so many times i could be arrested for crimes aginst forestry!! And its still not right!!!! :dizzy

By the way....best of luck with your new job!!! :fingerscrossed :fingerscrossed
Could I beeeeee any more excited??!!
